Modernization of a 180-liter fermenter

We have upgraded the 180-liter fermenter of our partner, which manufactures fermentation products, in line with today's technical requirements.
We completed the following tasks during the upgrade:
- Disassembly and assessment of the device
- Dimensioning of the device body and wave breakers
- Cutting out and welding of the bottom valve
- Connection of the material discharge siphon pipe
- CNC machining of the cover, creation of instrument stub locations
- Purchasing and connecting a circulation pump
- Making a shut-off valve, installing a diaphragm valve
- Ingold plug and bronze cap — straight design
- Designing an air outlet in a T-shaped design
- Designing the connection point for the rupture disc
- Replacing the drive tower bearing
- Testing the gearbox, bearing the electric motor
- Creating a single, dry-running shaft seal
- Installing a duplicate system
- Installing a Grundfos circulation pump
- Installation of automatic NC pneumatic ball valve and manual sectional valves
- Manufacture of a tank immersion heater with 1500W heating element
- Installation of safety valve (3 bar)
- Installation of pre-chamber system
- Assembly and pressure testing of the device
