Our services related to rotary mechanical ring seals
A comprehensive repair package includes the following:
- dismantling,
- disassembly,
- Fault detection,
- Replacement of O-rings and elastometers,
- Resurfacing and replacement of sealing surfaces, including custom manufacturing
- Reassembly,
- Pressure testing,
- On-site installation,
- Pressure testing,
- Handover.
If necessary, our machining workshop can also manufacture other metal parts for mixer seals from technically suitable materials. In addition, we are able to manufacture completely new mechanical seals—including device modifications if required.
Mechanization and inventory
Eight mechanical ring-lapping machines assist us in our work of refurbishing pumps and stuffing box of mixing devices.
We keep approximately 5,000 O-rings and 400 mechanical rings in stock at all times so that we can serve our customers quickly and efficiently.
