Professional installation of technological piping is essential for the reliable and efficient operation of various industrial processes. The installation and maintenance of piping systems requires not only technical knowledge, but also careful planning and precise execution.

During technological pipe installation, we pay special attention to the installation of fittings and instruments, as well as to ensuring 100% quality of welds — even with non-destructive testing (RT, PT) performed on site.

We select and install pipe classes in accordance with DIN and ISO standards. If required, we can also perform scaffolding, thermal insulation, and cladding tasks. After installation, we perform strength and/or tightness pressure tests, flushing operations, and IQ and OQ tests under the supervision of quality inspectors with the appropriate qualifications and authorizations.

The quality assurance, design, and construction teams work together to prepare the as-built handover documentation for the completed project, keeping in mind that periodic maintenance operations that are important from an operational perspective must always be carried out smoothly.

Our team of pipe fitters and welders—using manual and machine (orbital) welding processes—has decades of experience in the complete installation of cleanroom systems.
