Process design
With the support of our in-house design engineers and design partners, we undertake the design of complete process units – primarily for the pharmaceutical industry and the animal by-product processing industry.
Manufacturing
As a recognised manufacturer of custom machinery, our company is able to produce every element of complex process systems, using our own in-house specialists.
Factory trial assembly
For complete plants or tank farms, we offer – on request – factory trial assembly of the system once the individual subassemblies have been completed. Trial assembly significantly contributes to smooth and efficient on-site installation and helps ensure seamless cooperation with other contractors (such as civil engineering and building services).
Plant tests and validation
We participate in on-site plant tests and validation processes, such as pharmaceutical IQ and OQ tests, pressure tests, rotation tests, etc.
Our references in complex process systems
We have manufactured numerous complex industrial machines and installations for marine, hydrogen industry and pharmaceutical environments, always in full compliance with the specific regulatory requirements of the given sector.
We have delivered complete process units mainly for the pharmaceutical industry and the animal by-product processing industry. Our references include our own in-house developed hospital hazardous waste treatment unit, wet waste dryer and a complete pharmaceutical fermentation unit.
