Factory trial assembly

During technological pipe installation, we pay special attention to the installation of fittings and instruments, as well as to ensuring 100% quality of welds — even with non-destructive testing (RT, PT) performed on site.

We select and install pipe classes in accordance with DIN and ISO standards. If required, we can also perform scaffolding, thermal insulation, and cladding tasks. After installation, we perform strength and/or tightness pressure tests, flushing operations, and IQ and OQ tests under the supervision of quality inspectors with the appropriate qualifications and authorizations.

The quality assurance, design, and construction teams work together to prepare the as-built handover documentation for the completed project, keeping in mind that periodic maintenance operations that are important from an operational perspective must always be carried out smoothly.

Our experience in heat exchanger manufacturing

The performance and geometric dimensions of the heat exchangers we manufacture vary greatly. We manufacture both very small heat exchangers (with a heat transfer surface of one or two square meters) and huge ones (with a heat transfer surface of several hundred square meters). The latter may involve the threading, pressing, and welding of several thousand pipes.

Even the manufacture of low-power shell-and-tube heat exchangers demand a high level of expertise, strict professional and technological discipline, and very advanced quality assurance at every stage of the technological process.

Tank manufacturing technologies play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of equipment. These technologies consist of the following main operations:

Our flexibility and production control are facilitated by our own team of material testers and quality controllers. We have highly qualified staff in both Debrecen and Salgótarján, who are supervised by our colleagues with level 3 certifications (VT3, PT3, MT3, UT3, RT3).

Most of our quality controllers have Level 2 testing certificates, which means they can evaluate and record the results of the tests they perform. Their work is supported by modern, brand new digital equipment.

Multi- decade experience in tank manufacturing

Gyémánt-Pirazol Kft. — and its legal predecessor, Pirazol Kft. — has more than 30 years of experience in tank manufacturing. Since its founding in 1993, tank manufacturing has been the company's specialty, as the founding members, owners, and employees all came from the former chemical engineering plant, the former state-owned company Vegyépszer.

We are proud that some of our first employees are still working at our Salgótarján branch. They guarantee that individual customer needs are met quickly and efficiently, while maintaining the highest quality standards and passing on their professional expertise.

With more than two decades of experience, we undertake the repair and maintenance of various industrial pumps, including vacuum pumps.

Experience and equipment

The first important goal of the repair process is to achieve comprehensive diagnostics. As part of this, we identify problems caused by wear, operational errors, or fatigue of material, and then remedy them by replacing parts or repairing surfaces. In most cases, it is essential to replace bearings, shaft seals, and other wear parts, as well as to repair or remanufacture shafts. This is followed by reassembly, and the refurbishment is completed with final inspections and rotation tests.

Eight mechanical ring-lapping machines assist us in our work of refurbishing pumps and stuffing box of mixing devices.

The equipment in our workshop, the expertise of our colleagues, and the diagnostic tools and instruments at our disposal enable us to repair pumps that will continue to operate reliably in the long term, subject to the necessary warranty conditions.
